Our condos are the most affordable in the UNCC area. The rooms are individually priced and leased so that you are not responsible for your roommates rent.

As you take a tour of our housing units, you’ll see how you can have your own individual room within a three-bedroom condo setup. This is ideal, as it splits the condo's expenses three ways without incurring the full cost of living in it, leaving you with extra money in your pocket to enjoy with friends on the weekends.
